1. You may either complete the Contact Us page, e-mail us at eldercare@dsherinc.com, or telephone us at 718-884-8648. We will follow up with a brief telephone conversation to better understand your situation.
   
   
2. We then schedule with you and/or your loved one an initial in-person office or telephone consultation, home assessment, or meeting at a local venue near you.
   
   
3. At or after our initial meeting, you may decide to proceed with on-going care management services. In that case, once we receive a signed service agreement and a retainer that covers an estimate of the first six weeks of service, we will begin immediately.

While we prefer a planned, organized beginning, sometimes it is necessary to contact us in the midst of a crisis at which time we will do our best to accommodate you.
